No, and they never will. You send a private link, they type the six-digit PIN you gave them, and they are in. After five wrong tries the link locks for fifteen minutes.
You regenerate it from their Documents tab. The old PIN dies immediately and Cliento emails the client a fresh link and PIN, or hands the PIN back to you to share on WhatsApp.
From you. Connect your business's own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox once in Settings, and every message a client receives arrives from your address. Your password is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown back to anyone.
Yes. Every database query is scoped to your business before it runs, and that scoping is enforced in code rather than left to whoever writes the next feature. It is covered by its own test suite.
